By accessing and using AZ Converts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

AZ Converts provides a free online image optimization service that allows users to:

  • Upload and process image files
  • Compress, resize, crop, and convert images
  • Download optimized images

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only upload images you have the right to use
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes
  • Respect the upload limits (5 files, 10MB each)

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded images
  • We do not claim ownership of your content
  • You grant us temporary permission to process your images
  • All images are automatically deleted after session expiry

Service Limitations

Please be aware that:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We may impose limits on usage to ensure fair access
  • Sessions expire after 1 hour of inactivity
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AZ CONVERTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Upload copyrighted material without permission
  • Process illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots without permission

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
